Rhinogobius duospilus

Description: Auction is for 6 healthy Rhinogobius duospilus. At least that is the species I think they are. The Rhinogobius genus is undergoing quite a bit of reclassification right now. No matter what they are called, they are outstanding fish with tons of personality and a cool color scheme and body pattern. My pic is terrible and does not show it, but the males have beautiful red flames on their throats which they flare when they display along with some nice color on their forward dorsal and anal fins. Google pics of the species and you will see what I mean.They are constantly displaying and exploring. If you are looking for a cool fish for the bottom of your aquarium, this goby is worth consideration. Rhinogobious are from hill streams in China, so they do better at lower temperatures and appreciate a bit of current. Temps in the 60's to mid 70's seem to be fine. The warmer the water, the more oxygenation they require. The main requirement is that the water be very CLEAN!!! These guys eat frozen bloodworms, frozen brine shrimp, new hatched brine shrimp, micro meal worms, and fruit fly larva. I will be shipping these this Monday.
