Hello folks! Happy Thursday! This auction is for 3 Marbled Gobys I brought into the fish room about 6 weeks ago to help "clean up" quite a few culls in my fish room and some Guppies Ol' Conrad had we thought were too old to sell. I HATE having to kill small fish that I have that just didn't turn out to be what I was aiming for so I always try to have a few fish eaters around to solve that issue for me. I have a VERY large Eleotris picta for that too but he's gotten so big I don't think he can even see the smaller fish I toss in with him half the time so I had the opportunity to grab 3 young Marbled Gobies, Oxyeleotris marmorata and I like those fish so I did. And that is what this auction is now for too! These are NOT those goofy looking sleeper gobys I often see around that are also usually called Marbled Gobies these are true Oxyeleotris marmorata and they are VERY cool fish to keep. They do NOT attack or beat up anything they can not swallow whole so they can be kept with just about anything AS LONG as they can't fit it in their mouths! They are brown and white fish but I think they are really sharp looking fish and I have always liked them. In fact, when I owned the old fish building we always had a lot of them around cuz I sold lots of little ones and those would get traded back in later and I would get to resell them again! These get very large and are GREAT tank mates in with larger South American Cichlids, big catfish and stuff like Clown Knives and gars. They also will not beat any of that stuff up BUT if they think they can swallow that stuff whole they WILL! These Gobies easily get 2 feet long and I had a couple close to that size in the past too! The fish I have are about 3-4 inches long and doing GREAT eating live bearer culls along with frozen brine shrimp, bloodworms, mysis shrimp and I have been feeding them freeze dried earthworms I get from Kensfish.com. If YOU keep larger fish you outta try some of those freeze dried earthworms from Kensfish. Not only do ALL large fish seem to aggressively eat them but I find they condition larger fish to breed better than just about ANY foods there are. What the hell, why am I telling you about Kensfish freeze dried earthworms? I don't even sell those things. Back to this auction- Win this auction and I will send you all three Marbled Gobies you can see below. All three of them are in perfect condition and doing perfect. Again these fish are NOT aggressive and can be kept with ANYTHING they can not swallow whole! I am serious about that. You could keep them in with fancy goldfish and they wouldn't so much as touch them UNLESS they think they can swallow them.
