Description

Up for sale is a True Tiger Knifefish. Feeding on Bloodworms. Approximate size 7-8" Email us if you require additional pictures. LIVE SHIPPING POLICY: We can ship you livestock to you via USPS, Fedex or Airport-Airport. USPS normally is the cheapest option for most aquatic life. We will always recommend Airport-Airport on larger items. Shipping starts at 45.00 for express overnight. We can be found online at www.Facebook.com/AquaticDayCare Live Arrival Guaranteed on all same day and overnight shipments as long as they are delivered and received on the first attempt. If your package is late, you must claim losses with the carrier. DOA claims will be credited to you on the next order. No refunds on shipping. Any fish D.O.A. (dead on arrival) must be reported to Aquatic Day Care LLC within 2 hours of arrival. Photos are required for proof of the DOA specimen. Send us an e-mail to establish the time of death and then call us during business hours for your confirmation. Never dispose of or return a fish without confirmation. Our guarantee covers live arrival only. Once the fish is introduced in the tank, we have no control of its environment and the fish is out of our possession. Acclimation is a great way to reduce the stress on the fish and preventing the specimen from becoming ill. We also recommend that you quarantine the newly purchased fish for a few days prior to introducing them into your aquarium. Drip acclimation is always recommended. Combined shipping is always an option, after the item is won, we will email you to see if there were anything else you would like to add or combine with your shipment. Returns: Unfortunately livestock are not returnable. If you have never ordered tropical fish from an online retailer or are not sure about how the shipping or policies work, please let us know. We strive to make new happy customers and are willing to work hard to provide excellent customer service. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any customer. Quarantining new imports is our top priority and we strive to make sure the specimens are healthy and strong before we put them up for sale.
