Description

These were all the rage on AB a couple of years ago and have become one of my all time favorites! Up for auction today are 10 Oryzias Melastigmas or "Indian Ricefish" at about 5/8" or better. Above is a photo from Pete Mang, thanks Pete, below is one of mine, no flash used. These breed readily in a well planted species tank or make a stunning display in a planted community of small peaceful fish. In a community tank they form a tight school and with all of their eyes glowing a brilliant blue are quite a sight to behold. The fish on auction are not even half grown but are already mature and breeding. Although they have to put on some size before they will produce a lot of fry. Shipping will be done by PRIORITY MAIL,(or UPS GROUND if you are within the 1-2 day delivery zone from me, is $10.00 flat and I will cover the rest of the cost of that and shipping supplies myself. I will ship either the Saturday, Monday, or Tuesday after payment is received so the sooner you pay the sooner you'll get your fish.Of course I ALWAYS GUARANTEE LIVE ARRIVAL of beautiful,healthy fish or I'll refund your money less shipping.
