Description

2 ounces of Natural Axtaxanthin

Auction is 2 ounces of Natural Axtaxanthin a natural source of astaxanthin, derived from a unique strain of the microalgae. It will comes in a zipped lock bag that is vacuum packed to lock in the freshness of the product as seen in the picture. Don't be put off by the small amount, 2 ounce will make approximately 10 lbs of beef/beef heart/sea food mix, or .89 lbs of pellets food and you only need to make enough for your fishes/aquatic animals to consume in 7-10 days.

Natural astaxanthin powder can be incorporated into any type of food delivery system such as dry flake, crumble or frozen food. It can be added directly to a semi-moist granulated food with good adherence and very little wash-off upon feeding. Haematococcus algae meal was used to augment the diet of red velvet swordtails, rainbowfish, 24K mollies, topaz cichlids, discus, rainbow sharks, pink kissing gouramis, and rosy barbs. Within one week, each of the species had significant improvements in pigmentation and some had better growth rates.

I feed a tiny amount to my live baby Brine Shrimp to keep them alive which when fed my baby fish get the benefits of Natural Astaxanthin. Great to color up those Koi Angels.
