Description

Repashy Soilent Green, 6 ounce

This auction is for a 6 ounce package of Repashy Soilent Green. It is an aufwuchs gel premix for fish, invertebrates, amphibians and reptiles that eat algae and small living organisms. Each ounce of gel powder will make about one cup of food. To create a batch of food the following directions are recommended: The ratio is one part powder to three parts water. Heat measured water in the microwave or on the stove top until boiling. Add gel powder and stir until blended. Let cool in container, or immediately pour into a storage container or mold, and let sit at room temp until firm, about 2 hours. The finished gel can be cut into cubes, shredded, or used as a whole slab. Whatever is not used immediately should be treated as fresh food. It can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks; or in freezer for up to six months. To adjust firmness of gel, use more or less water as desired.

Shipping and Claims

We guarantee delivery to the address given at the time of order. We use your address provided from your PayPal payment. Please make sure it is accurate! Should there be any errors in the shipping information all guarantees will be voided.

Should your package not be delivered or arrive in a damaged state, a claim will need to be filed with the carrier to recover the charges for the lost or damaged goods. We can only provide the tracking number the carrier has provided to us. All items arriving in unsatisfactory condition will be replaced so long as the additional shipping and handling charges are paid.

International Shipments may incur additional charges for customs or to cover fees incurred by our carrier. Please contact us for a delivery quote to ensure no unexpected charges appear.

Product Guarantee

All products are guaranteed by either the manufacturer or by us.

For all hardgood and non-perishable items the manufacturer is the guarantor. Information about contacting manufacturer will be included with the packaging.

Should any hardgood or non-perishable item arrive damaged please contact the carrier. We ship primarily through the Postal Service and they guarantee all packages up to $50. If your order is greater than $50 please contact us for a quote on insuring the package, if interested. To file a claim with the carrier, pick up a Claim Form and follow the instructions to request a refund against goods damaged in their hands.

For all live fish, plants, invertebrates, etc we guarantee live arrival. Should any issue occur during transit we require a photograph showing the dead product in the original shipping bag as well as opened and in a container to get a clear view of the deceased. Photos must be received within one hour of the first delivery attempt. If you are unable to accept delivery on the first attempt all guarantees will be void.

Returns and Refunds

If, after purchase, you no longer interested in this product, it can be returned only if the packaging is intact and unopened. Please contact us to make arrangements. Once we receive the items in the original packaging and contents are in a restockable state, we will refund the purchase price, less all shipping and handling charges plus a 10% restocking fee.
