Description

The cost of this auction is $20(culture) + $8(USPS Priority shipping) = $28. Please don't request an invoice unless it's required. My paypal account is ryanthehut@gmail.com

AUCTION: Enchytraeus albidus
Shipped in a small USPS box filled with established/cycled culture. This makes a shoebox size culture that is harvestabe immediately. There will be several hundred worms and many egg sacs.

This is a robust strain I've kept continuously for over a decade and never once had any problem. I have cultured most everything and nothing has been as productive as my white worms. Daphnia are considered highly prolific, but WW are nearly as productive, and unlike daphnia, live in very dense masses. A gallon of daphnia can contain several hundred daphnia, but the same size WW culture would contain over ten thousand worms. There are few things that produce harvests larger than white worms.

GUARANTEE:
If your culture arrives DOA I replace it at no cost. If your worms perish within the first month, I will send a free starter, mailed in a first class envelope.

MISC:
There is a lot of old information suggesting white worms be kept at chilly temperatures. Over the decades this species has been found at a variety of locations around the world, and many strains have been in the hobby for decades. My culture temperatures reach over 80+ degrees and I've never had one issue. A cool place in your home, in the garage near the concrete garage floor for me, is all that is needed to culture this strain. If you don't have that cool location, a fan or frozen water bottle during the hottest days will suffice.
