Why pay for fish food over and over again, when you can grow your own? Now available are JC's high quality, protein-packed, nutritious and delicious, all-in-one white worm starting culture.

Here's what you need: A box, some potting soil, peat moss, cat food (I use Purina Cat Chow Indoor), and some water.
Combine the soil and peat (50% each) in the box. Add this culture. Plop a couple pieces of the cat food on top.
Wait a couple days, and remove any that hasn't been eaten and repeat. Once these puppies start breeding, you'll have worms coming out of your ears.
This is a live culture with worms of various sizes ready to go.
