Description

White worm culture I use a coffee grinder to grind rice, pasta, potato flakes -- whatever as feed for them. I use a large spoon to dig a hole to mix in the food and bury it. Feed as needed -- when it is gone. Keep soil damp and at room temperature or less (heat will kill them)-- use a container with tiny holes in the bottom over a tray for drainage. I use a 10 gallon tank cracked at the bottom. They do not require complete darkness but be aware they will move away from light and heat so they will be happier in a dark area. See the internet for ways to separate the worms from the dirt to feed your fish and how to prepare the soil. I use a screen over a bowl with the dirt/worms on the screen and a warm light above -- the worms will go thru the screen into the bowl to get away from the heat. They can be raised with red wigglers. NOTE: DO NOT keep any live culture anywhere that it could come into contact with food or utensils used for human food preparation. I WILL SHIP THEM IN A SMALL PRIOITY MAIL BOX.
