Packaging:

Boxes are cushioned with shredded newspaper which will also act as an absorbent. Heat/ice packs are not required if temperature at 45383 is between 70 and 80 degrees at the time of shipping and buyer will receive $2 refund.

Shipping:

I ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays and Saturdays ONLY. No exceptions. Tracking number included. Shipping schedule is as follows unless otherwise noted in the auction. Shipping rates subject to change in compliance with the USPS. I combine shipping as much as possible.

Overnight deliver available to select locations, email for a quote prior to bidding.

Mis-handled packages, lost or delayed by the carrier will be the buyer's responsibility. However, the seller will assist in claims if possible.

Deliveries to the US States ONLY. (If out of the Continental United States, Please email for a shipping quote otherwise the auction is void). If the buyers State Law prohibits the purchased fish, the live arrival and auction is void and no refunds or credit will be issued.

Live Arrival Guarantee:

Live guarantee covers the live arrival of the worm culture only. Two different view pictures of the unaltered culture (not opening the culture container) must be presented within the first hour after delivery. A starter culture ($2.00 shipping first class mail only, no heat/ice packs included) will be offered as a replacement with purchaser paying shipping fee (no exceptions). The requirements stated within must be met prior to a refund/credit of culture cost. I can request a hold at the post office upon your request. SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE NOR CREDITABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

I am not responsible for the culture after it is opened and or introduced into your desired location.
