Hi up for sale is a starter culture of grindal which is 9 oz of worms and media in a styrofoam container. These cultures are subcultured from my main culture and are at least 1 month old.

Smaller than white worms and bigger than microworms are great for growing fishes and even small adult fishes. My scarlet badis, guppies, and rainbowfish love them. Great to condition or to getting fry to grow. I find that it is very helpful to have fry food at different sizes to keep them growing so they don't reach that growth plateau.

To culture, use a plastic container and add potting soil and mix in the starter culture. Then feed it bread or fish food at small amounts first and keep increasing it until you can determine how much they can eat in 1 day. Then just give it a little time, about a week, and its ready to harvest. Place a piece of hard plastic over the food and your done. Swirl in the plastic when your feeding your fishes.

As long as the temperature is above freezing, I will do live arrival guarantee. However, if it is freezing, I suggest priority mail with a heat pack which I will also do live arrival guarantee and is $4 more.

I don't ship to Hawaii. Alaska or Puerto Rico. For Alaska or Puerto Rico, if you really want it, I can ship it but I cannot do a live arrival guarantee due to weather conditons and the long time in transit.
