Healthy and happy squirmy wormies! Slightly less than 1 ounce, your cost includes a nice culture to add to your mix, istructions, and the packaging. Paypal only, I ship most days of the week after your payment clears. If you'd like to add some vinegar eels, just add $2.00 to your paypal. Unless you want to leave feedback, you can just email me and let me know you want it....I'll still send when your payment clears. PS....failure to plan on your part does not create a crisis on mine. Your newly hatched betta fry will be ok...just boil an egg and feed them the crumbled yolk if you got that "let's see if it works" feeling so you did and it did and you didn't have food. Been there done that. Another neat trick is to have a small aquarium with water and a few plants and nothing else...infusoria and other teeny aquatic bugs grow that will be eaten by your fry. :-)
