Auction Auction is for a sandwich-bag of established culture and a bag of new medium filling the remainder of the medium sized USPS box. The medium you receive will allow you to start whatever sized culture you need and/or for future cultures. The medium is cocofiber & quality peat moss.
If there is one culture everybody should have its white worms. Why? Unlike grindals, white worms are much larger, they dont sink into aquarium gravel and die immediately, are very high in protein making them perfect for conditioning and breeding, and dont attract gnats. If you can keep them in a cool spot in your house they are just as easy to culture as grindal worms.
Payment & Shipping Paypal: killifishes@yahoo.com
Shipping included in auction price. Shipped USPS Priority(medium box). Heat packs arent used so be home to receive the package for safest delivery. A ship date is provided so youll have a good idea when the package will arrive at your home(2 to 3 days).
Guarantee Live delivery of all cultures is guaranteed. If you are unsuccessful at starting the culture, within one month, I will replace it if you pay shipping.Culturing
Container:
Sandwich and shoe-box containers work great.
Medium:
Most potting soils, WalMart worm bedding, coco fiber, or peat moss.
Food:
Soggy breads, cereals, oatmeal, fish food, baked potato, etc.
Temp:
Like to be kept under 65 degrees. Warmer temps wont kill the culture but they will stop reproducing. Keeping them in a cold part of the house is usually cool enough.
Harvesting:
They gather in a mass around their food so they are easily scooped up with a fork.
