Description

You are bidding on hundreds of mixed Daphnia pulex (medium size) and Cyclops. This is a hormonious stock that has been thriving well together for a few years. Perfect for science class projects to see cyclops and their egg sacs, and daphnia's beating heart and eggs. Cyclops is an interesting organism to where after frozen for years, when the ice melts to a liquid form, the organism immediately comes back to life. Or, great for tropical fish food where a blend of small crustaceans and medium size daphnia pulex provides the primary food. The specimen can be grown indoor and outdoor with green algae water, yeast, and/or goldfish and koi food. Daphnia are relatively easy live food to culture, maintain, and tropical fish and other freshwater fish loves them as they are found in their natural environment. Email if you have any additional questions. Shipping is about 2-3 days USPS priority mail, which is included in the price. Live arrival is guaranteed. DOA SHOULD BE REPORTED TO ME BY EMAIL WITHIN 24 hrs. Customer is liable for re-shipping charges.
