Auction is for a ( 10 ) pack of " BRAND NEW " 30 PPI LARGE RETICULATING PORET BIO-SPONGE filters. These filters have been designed and manufactured by a friend of mine who is a cichlid breeder and distributor of aquarium supplies and was dissatified with other sponge filters. These filters are being used worldwide. Made by a breeder for breeders !

AVANTAGES :

Optimum cell pore size - 30 PPI - for maximum collection of detritus and nitrifying bacteria for the cleanest water quality.

Stem/tubing and weight are completely removable. Unlike other sponge filters that have an attached weighted base, these can be wrung out, washed in a washing machine or dishwasher without the possibility of the sponge being detached from the base (Which does occur with time).

Replacement parts are all available. Replacement Sponge $ 4.75

The sponge is 5 x 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches and is weighted.
