PLEASE READ ENTIRE AUCTION & TERMS BEFORE BIDDING Shipping to contiguous 48 states only, (CONUS, not AK, HI, or PR). � Brand new in original box. Up to THREE filters ships for only $6.50 � � These are really great filters for smaller tanks, especially fry tanks and even shoeboxes. They are rated for up to 10 gallons and I do find one is adequate for at least a 10G. The foam which Azoo uses for their sponge filters is both very fine pore and open cell (reticulated) which really makes a difference. Not all foam is created equal. Open pore foam provides much more surface area for nitritying bacteria which makes this filter as effective as larger ones. IME, the Azoo foam can clear small particulate from the water better than the foam used in the ATI Hydro Sponge brand, including the new Pro series. I used to use sponge filters which used suction cups to stick to the glass but got sick of the hassle. They are either impossible to get unstuck from the glass or, more likely, the suction cup stops working and they won't stay up. They don't work in low water, it's impossible to catch fish in a tank without removing them and there is no place for fry to hide. So when it was time for more filters I tried a few of these and liked them so much I bought a whole case. These are the extras. Diameter is 2.8" and height is 3.65", dry weight 2.3 oz. These are exactly the same as the ones you can get on Drs. Foster & Smith for the same $3.49 each but their shipping is $8.99 and mine is only $6.50 for up to THREE filters. More than three is just the difference in postage.
