Description

Alright.. Like the title says this is a Box-O-Rocks.. this is a medium Flat rate Box that will be crammed with rock! I mean More crammed than the example at top Left. I will fit in a much rock as I can find a way to cram in.. You have some say so in the deal however.. I have a couple different kinda of rock.. Top Center , I have Terrace rocks. These are mostly clay metamorphic rocks.. they will contain some iron and mild carbonates but nothing drastic.. and they work well for Crystal shrimps Too. Top Right, These a "Red Rocks" no one can seem to identify them for sure.. Some folks have said they are slag rock but as I collected them from nature I would general tend to say NO to that.. I can say however that they are almost totally non reactive in the aquarium.. The do leach minute amounts of chelated iron over time. but I do mean MINUTE amounts.. so they are almost as close to non reactive as you can get.. and a great color of red .. there is some black mottled in as well every here and there. Lower Left I have rough and Holed Stones. Much of this is sandstone and Limestone so it is better for Hard water fish. because they will harden the water slightly though as long as they are not SOFT water loving fish it should not be a problem. Lower Center is smooth non reactive stones.. These are pretty Much neutral in every respect.. they are smooth soft edges to round. a variety of colors from whitish to orange, and brown. Bottom Right, This is agate rock with Carbon Quartz crystals on one or both sides.. some of these are actually split geodes.. but they are pretty non reactive as well.. The Carbon quartz is almost as hard as diamond and completely non reactive. The agate exterior will add mild hardness to your water over time but it is minuscule and you won't hardly be able to test for it unless you do not do a partial water change for 6-8 months..lol.. I don't have a ton of this so you can add some to your box but I cannot do a box of this alone.. Sorry now the number of stones able to fit in the box increases as you go down the list but I will do a mixture with emphasis on what you want the most but I will make sure you get a box as CRAMMED as I can make it. All rocks are scrubbed and brushed and boiled then scrubbed and brushed and boiled one more time to ensure you get nothing but the rock. Shipping is included with this auction and because of the nature of this product I cannot combine shipping of this item with any of my other auctions .. My apologies but it just would NOT work!! lol
