Description:

Our NW0102 White Sand is all-natural Calcium Carbonate based substrate.
We rinse it, screen it, and dry it in order to bring you a product that is clean and uniform.

Please note: The addition of calcium carbonate to an aquarium will increase both general hardness (GH) and carbonate hardness (KH). As a general precaution, you may want to consider how this will alter your current water chemistry. Some aquatic life prefer "hard" water while others do not.

It is normal for some dust to occur as a result of shipping. A quick, pre-rinse is recommended prior to use.
