Dual Sponge Bio-Filter + Bonus

No Reserve

One brand new double sponge bio-filter.  These sturdy filters are ideal for fry tanks, grow out tanks, shrimp or snail tanks, and tanks of all kinds up to ten or twenty gallons depending on bio-load.  Having two sponges on this filter allows for rinsing one out (cold water only please) while maintaining the vital nitrifying bacteria on the other for uninterrupted filtration.  The sponges also provide a great source of infusoria and other micro fauna for hungry fry, without the danger of them getting sucked in as is possible with other filters.  The center lift tube extends up a full eight inches, and the sponges are each 1-7/8" in diameter and 3-1/4" long.
