Shipping and Live Arrival Guarantee
All my auctions have a live arrival guarantee for overnight shipping. In the rare case of a DOA, I require pictures of the DOA fish clearly sent to turtlemancichlids@gmail.com with the fish in the original, untampered bag, within 2 hours of tracking arrival. I can refund the cost of the fish or send replacement fish (if in stock). Shipping will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost if replacement fish is/are desired. If the delivery service is the cause of DOA (shipment being late, box tampered with/damaged in transit, etc.), I am NOT liable. The postal service is usually the cheapest, and most of the time successful, option, but there are those occasional cases of poor service. I will assist in dealing with the post office to try and get your money back, but I will not be refunding you. I will do my best to make this an enjoyable experience for each customer!
