All of my corals are quarantined and inspected to make sure you will receive a healthy coral. My aquariums and corals are free of any unwanted nuissance parasites such as aptasias, flat worms, sponges and algae. I take extensive amount of time to get rid of any nuissance parasites that can harm my reef aquariums and as well your aquarium. i'm an experienced marine-life biologist both in the home aquarium and in the natural habitat. We want you to have a happy experience visiting our livestocks and making a purchase. I ship my packages mainly through USPS Priority express mail service. Order $100 or more you will receive free priority express mail service. Orders under $100 shipping will be priority express mail service (1-2 business day) for $30 There is no extra charge for adding each and additional of my livestocks. For live animals, you will need to make plan on the day of delivery, track the package, and acclimate the livestock with a sense of urgency. You can check delivery status by going online at USPS and enter your zip code and my zip code for delivery date and time. We also provide free heat or ice packs. In extreme weather, we double insulated the styrofoam box and follow up on the weather to make sure your corals and inverts will have a smooth shipping transition. ABOUT YOUR AQUARIUM: Your aquarium must be established. The aquarium must have high flow and good filtration system. Good lighting is recommended for most corals. Specific gravity should be steady around 1.023-1.026 for most corals, as well keeping the temperature steady is recommended anywhere from 74 to 82 F. Orders made monday through thursday and no later than noon are shipped on the same day. fridays order and throughout the weekend are shipped on Monday. You can also request any giving date for me to ship the package at your own conveniences. After the package is shipped, i will email you a tracking number, acclimation procedures and more details following up with the package. for expedited shipping(1-3 business day). My policy for live corals, inverts and plants Thank you for taking the time reading my policy on marine-life. You can place an orders either by doing the buy now or auction style. A contact number is needed for priority express mail service to place an order in the event the package gets delayed or lost during shipping transition. You will need to make plan on the day of delivery for live animals, sign and accept the package. About DOA's, you will need to contact me within the first hour of receiving the package. I will issue credit only, or something else that you might want on aquabid for the same price. You will need to take clear pictures of the deceased within the first hour of receiving the package.
