Someone must be home to accept delivery and be ready to acclimate the livestock. The package must not be left out in the elements for any amount of time or the live arrival guarantee will be void. All refunds will be pro-rated minus the shipping charges even if free shipping if offered.

I have over 10 years experience keeping aquariums and fish. My fish are fed high quality foods and I do weekly water changes, so the fish you buy will be healthy and happy. I have had many years of enjoyment keeping fish and want to make sure you have a positive experience buying from me. Repeat customers are my goal, and I will do all I can to achieve this goal. ANY questions at all please ask. PLEASE NOTE: In cases of cold and or HOT temperatures at the destination I May REQUIRE fish to be held for pick up at the post office. This is to protect the fish and is the safest for them in cases of extreme temperature. PlEASE TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION PRIOR TO BIDDING.
