Shipping
I ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays. Your purchase will generally ship on the next shipping day after payment is received.

DOA's
To claim a DOA refund you must send a clear photo of the deceased within 2 hours of receiving your package. Refunds are for the item(s) only and do not include the cost of shipping. If available, replacements will be offered for the cost of shipping.
