DOA Policy
I guarantee all my fish within the first 2 hours of first delivery attempt for all of my shipping method I provide. 2 clear photos or a video of the fish still in the bag must be sent to sp_aquatics@yahoo.com. Please ensure that the photo shows the fish and the entire bag. A replacement fish will be sent, but buyer must pay for new shipping. In the case a new fish cannot be sent, I'll refund the fish minus the shipping cost. I can not be held liable for any shipping issue, including damages, delays, etc.
