In the rare event that a fish shows up dead on arrival DOA, Please contact and send us photo�s of the DOA fish in the UNOPENED shipped bag within 1 hour of first delivery attempt.Guarantee is void 1 hour after USPS first delivery attempt or when bag is opened.
Shipping
We fast the fish for two days prior to shipment. We ship our fish double bagged and tightly knotted in high-quality polyethylene bags to prevent leaks. We will add a small piece of Ammonia-Reducing filter pad to the bag to further help ammonia build up while in transit. We ship with Styrofoam lined containers and add 72hr heat packs as necessary, free of charge, to maintain a consistent temperature for your fish. We ship on Mondays only.USPS priority 2-3 day shipping time $16.00
