Shipping
I ship on Mondays and Tuesdays and occasionally on Fridays or Saturdays if time permits. Your purchase will generally ship on the next shipping day after payment is received.
DOA's
To claim a DOA refund you must send a clear photo of the deceased within 2 hours of receiving your package. Refunds are for the item(s) only and do not include the cost of shipping. If available, replacements will be offered for the cost of shipping.
