THE DELIVERY REFUND GUARANTEE OF LIVE ANIMALS IS EXTENDED TO WITHIN THREE DAYS FOR THE DATE OF MAILING.. THIS IS PARTICULARLY NECESSARY IF THE OTHER SHIPMENT ON THE SAME FLIGHT CONTAIN DRY ICE OR SOLID CARBON DIOXIDE WHICH WILL EVAPORATE EN ROUTE AND MAY DISPLACE OXYGEN.. IF THE LIVE ANIMALS WERE SHIPPED IN THE SAME CARGO HOLD, THE CARBON DIOXIDE COULD CAUSE ASPHYXIATION.. UNDER THIS REVISION POSTAGE REFUNDS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR EXPRESS MAIL SHIPMENTS OF LIVE ANIMALS DELIVERED OR ATTEMPTED TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN THREE DAYS OF MAILING. Make sure you understand everything before you place a bid. USPS priority shipping will be $20 and USPS express will be $50 - this includes shipping, handling.. etc.. I only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. I am only willing take paypal as a payment so please add 3% to the total amount at the end of the auction. There is NO GUARANTEED on shipping method that is two days or longer which includes overnight shipping that takes 2 days USPS two days overnight, USPS overnight that was delayed, missing boxes.. etc.. If you go online to the USPS website (usps.com) and enter my zipcode (53704) then enter your zipcode, enter the date and if it says that your overnight box will take 2 days, you know what that means. I am willing to ship the fish but there will be NO GUARANTEED on live arrival if you receive it in 2 days. If you receive your fish on time and if there are any DOA. Please contact me within two hours and send a few two CLEAR PICTURES of the dead fish, one with the fish in the bag before you open it and the second one with the tail cut off from the fish. No picture = no refund. I will refund base on what the auction is per fish. So if you have won the auction with 5 fish and 1 is DOA, the auction winning price will be divided by 5 fish and the amount of that 1 fish will be refunded. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
