JustMe Page For: Rarefishatlax

This is Tanner, Thank you for visiting my JUST ME page,,,,

Most all questions you have about ordering my fish are answered right here.
MY GUARANTEE ,,,, My fish are expertly packed and sent overnight by FedEx. I only ship FedEx ( to receive guarantee) with delivery to most cities by 10:30 AM. I can ship USPS on some the fish you see up for auction but without guarantee. You must order and not bid on auction to ship USPS. I can ship Monday, (Tuesday BEST), Wednesday and Thursday. Wednesday night (thurs early maybe? ) is the cut off for your completed order to get to me for shipping that week. After Thursday you will need to wate until next week for shipping. You may have noticed that my descriptions are a bit vague on size and sex ratio . It is nearly Imposable to keep all the different auctions up and running and all fish at the exact size ready to ship. Its best to have a bit of flexibility and understanding when bidding. I guarantee that your fish will arrive alive and that you will be delighted with your purchase. Guarantee requires immediate digital picture of loss that corresponds with FedEx tracking time of delivery. I continue to ship all the winter and summer months without losses. On very cold days (nights that fall into the lower teens)(or Hot days) it would be best to pick up at youre nearest FedEx center where you can pick up as early as 9:30 am. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, HOW CAN YOU SAVE ON SHIPPING WHEN YOU WIN MORE THAN ONE AUCTUION? I have a set amount of S&H for each auction. Pay the full amount of S&H for your first auction and your second auction please add $15, third and all remaining auctions add $10. I can only sell as listed in the auction. (as a minimum) Please don't email me asking for pairs ,less than a 6 pack , how many fish can I get into one box. If you take a look at my feedback you will see that I always do my best.

WHERE DO MY FISH COME FROM?
The Pacific Rim and LAX makes Los Angeles the West Coast hub for Americas tropical fish industry. Hundreds of dedicated breeders and professionals are all within a short drive. I'm fortunate to have friendships and business relationships with just a few (I feel are the best) hobbyist breeders and professional suppliers here in Southern California. This is where I get the fish you see listed here on AquaBid. If you would like to see more rare fish, please support my auctions. . WHAT ARE THE WATER PARAMETERS THAT THE FISH ARE KEEPT IN? Unless otherwise noted, all fish are tanked with LA water, which has been confused with concrete with a pH of 8 + Any move out of LA will be an improvement in water quality. ,,,,I GET EMAILS,,,,,,,,, I love to get emails from people telling me how their fish came in or how well, or not well they are doing with them. I try to answer most of the common questions here and in the auctions. I personally answer as many good questions as I can. I even answer some dumb questions sometimes. I can provide links to great sites, with hours of all kinds of info. I also recommend google.com. But showing interest in my auctions does not entitle you to hours of my time educating you from the ground up. There are just not enough hours in the day to answer all your questions. Take responsibility for your self. . Most all of what you need to know is out there and youre going to need to find it your self. The tropical fish hobby and the sport of gambling have a lot in common. Both players are spending money on something they enjoy doing. Its likely both players are addicted to some degree. The outcome in both is unpredictable but it will have a lot to do with two things,,,experience and luck. If both players lose, they end up lousing all of their money. Game over,, until the next paycheck. We all know what happens when you hit the jackpot in Vegas. If you hit the jackpot with fish, your fish live long and breed. Your success is your enjoyment over a period of time. If the fish survive as a species for you in your tanks, then it was money well spent. You Winn. And just like gambling, you can trade your winnings in and play some more. And like most gamblers, fish people end up spending money and not making it. Its good to keep this in mind regardless of whomever you get your fish from. WHAT DO I DO WHEN I WIN ? I will e-mail you in a day or two after the auction with an invoice and to arrange shipping. It's my goal to make you delighted with your winning bid. You can help. Each winning bid generates about 15 to 25 emails. It sometimes gets hard to keep track of who is who. Its enough to drive me crazy and thats a very short trip anyway. Please keep your bid number and description in the subject line. It will help me to have reference to your last email if you start your mail by using select and reply with the last subject that we have talked about. Please don't get upset if on occasion (weekends starting on Thusday, holidays) I don't get back to your e-mail for a day or two. Like everyone, I need some time away from the computer. HOW TO ACLAMATE YOURE FISH No mater who you are receiving fish from, a big part of your success WILL DEPEND ON YOU. Any time fish are shipped, they are put under stress. This leaves them open to disease. It is routine to medicate all fish upon receiving them. I get so many worrisome questions about water parameters, feeding ect. You would be much better off worrying about how your going to acclimate the fish and get them over the first few days in a new tank with new tank mates. Please be prepared to acclimate and medicate your fish. A little salt, ick med, antibiotic, and clean water can make the difference in life and death if fish have had a rough time in transit. When you open the box the first thing to do is open the bag and add a few drops of stress cote that removes ammonia. This will absorb the ammonia that has built up over the last 20 hours. Dont float the bags, this is the best way to kill fish. It would only it takes 5 minutes to equalize the temperature anyway. All your doing is raising the temp and putting more stress on the fish that are already at the worst part of the trip. Pour the fish into a fish safe container and add a little water form the tank from where they are going to end up. Keep this up for the next 90 minutes before you net the fish to place in the thank. You will be much more likely to be successful if you give your new fish a tank of their own and some live foods for even a few days. Please don't take off for the weekend the day after you recive your fish. You will need to keep an eye on them for a few days. Good luck and have fun.
