Dear Buyer, thanks for your purchase. Your item will be shipped via USPS 1st Class, Priority or Express Priority with Delivery Confirmation that is listed in the advertisement. Locations with inclement weather such as extreme cold or heat will be assured live arrival only with Priority and Express Priority shipping if delivery without delays. The price of your item will be reflected on the ad site and email sent by Aquabid. INVOICES, TOTALS FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES AND ITEMIZED REQUEST FOR PAYMENT ARE NOT SENT. Please total your items purchased with preferred shipping (includes free First Class USPS shipping on most (under 1lb.) orders stated in the advertisement),different shipping options are available for an additional cost to the buyer. Please send payment to Paypal address: praxis5624@yahoo.com with auction item number, quantity (ADDITIONAL QUANTITY CAN BE PURCHASED AT THIS TIME FOR STATED PRICE SHOWN IN THE AUCTION IF AVAILABLE) Buyers are asked to practice patience while items are in packing status or transit. Seller cannot be held liable for delays, lost shipments and mishandled (damaged) packages once items have been shipped. Please update CORRECT ADDRESS IN PAYPAL ACCOUNT. Seller will not be held responsible if item is shipped to wrong address that is provided on your Aquabid or Paypal information. Heat packs will be added to shipments at no cost to buyer in inclement weather.

Please note that the USPS does not have tracking information. They provide a delivery confirmation service that will show when the package arrives to your local post office,then home. USPS also does not scan in most packages upon shipment,so the status will usually say label created,or no record until the item is delivered to your residence. This information is updated on your Paypal account when a shipping label has been generated and an email is sent informing the buyer of the shipping status. Often buyers complain about delay in items being shipped to discover that orders have already been shipped because spam filters often block emails from Paypal and it is why buyers should check their Paypal accounts for shipping status. USPS also provides a Signature Confirmation service that requires a signature of the recipient of the parcel and will confirm acceptance of item. Please do not misinterpret this as meaning that your item(s) have not shipped. All labels are updated through Paypal & delivery / signature confirmation numbers are automatically emailed to your confirmed email address. Thank you. I offer some of the best plants and prices online but I will not cater to buyers with micro manageable practices: asking for invoices on items purchased when instructions state that they are not sent, requesting status of orders each day and asking for additional discounts on items. I reserve the right to refuse business to violators of the policy implemented. A Breach of Sale Complaint and negative feedback will be filed on those who violate the policy.
