I only guarantee live arrival for Fed-Ex and UPS Overnight one day delivery. You must be home to sign for package on the first attempt. If you for whatever reasons missed the first attempt, my live arrival guarantee is void. I am not responsible for any damage of the package once it leaves my facility. If package has been damaged,loss,or delayed, it will be the buyers responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. All guarantees is VOID if package is delayed or damaged or loss by them. Incase there is any DOAs, you have up to one hour to email me a video or (3) clear pictures of dead fish in unopened bag. Fish must be sent back to me same day with the expense of shipping paid by the buyer. I will then verify if the correct fish has been sent back to me. I do not give money refunds or shipping cost. I will issue a credit of value of fish for your next purchase.
