I most often ship USPS via Priority Mail for cost reasons. I ONLY OFFER L.A.G. ON THESE TERMS: 1) Only on overnight Deliveries that are accepted on first attempt 2) If DOAS, Clear pics emailed to me within one hour of delivery, pics in unopened bags! Although rare, DOA's do happen in all types of animals. DOA refund will be pro-rated on cost-per-fish only. If possible, I may offer to ship replacement fish at buyers shipping expense. Note: If you leave the box outdoors in the northeast for hours, don't send pics and don't notify within specified time, there is no LAG. My one negative feedback was this exact situation, well beyond my control. BANNED LIST: I DO have a banned bidders list. Sadly, there are those in our hobby (a tiny percentage) that are not ethical, fair or NICE and my banned bidder list is very simple: Cost me money by agreeing to buy then not completing the sale and you will be banned. There are too many wonderful hobbyists in this for the right reasons to mess with game players or scammers. Life is too short! This is not a personal thing, I strive to find super homes for my fish at very reasonable prices and my feedback reflects this.
