We are a family business ran by myself, my wife, and two young daughters. We have only been breeding angels for 5 years. We started out small with only 2 pairs and 2 fry tanks, now we are progressing very rapidly with 19 pairs and 950 gallons of aquariums. We sell several different kinds of angels. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping: We ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, unless otherwise arranged. We can ship our fish to any part of the continental USA any time of the year. Local pickup is also welcomed by appointment. You will be provided tracking information when your package ships. Before packing, fish will be purged (fasted) for at least 48 hrs. Any orders placed on or after Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday. Also holidays or extreme temperatures may delay shipping. We ship USPS and guarantee live delivery. We do combine shipping, for further information please contact us. Each fish you get is hand selected, not a random scoop. We check every fish for quality. Any fish that's not top quality doesn't get shipped. Fish will be double bagged with pure oxygen and shipped in a Styrofoam-lined box with a heat pack if needed. Email us your zip code for shipping and handling cost. We will provide you with our contact information at the time of purchase and a card will be in the box. Live Arrival Guarantee: You must be home to pick up your fish from your postal carrier on the first delivery attempt. You must email us a CLEAR picture of the original packaging within an hour of the fish being delivered .This is the only way we can guarantee that you are there to pick up the fish and that they don't sit out in the elements all day. If you are not there to pick up the fish and you do not email us within an hour of them arriving at your door, we cannot under any circumstances guarantee live delivery. In the unlikely event of a DOA, email us a clear photo of the DOA with the tail cut off within 2 hours of delivery. All legitimate DOA claims will be considered for replacement of fish minus the shipping cost. We are not responsible for shipping payments on replacement fish, shipping will be at buyer�s expense. Refunds are only for fish if replacements are not available. If you have any questions about our guarantee, please ask before ordering We do not guarantee fish that are delayed in shipment by the USPS. Return policy: We have none. Because we sell live fish we do not accept returns on any fish! Please do not ask for your money back. Payment: Payment required within 24 hrs of auction ending. Payment will be PayPal only. IMPORTANT: When you provide payment, please provide your phone number so we may contact you. Our number one priority is to make our customers happy. Acclimation info: 1. Prepare a quarantine tank to receive the fish. 2. After received your fish, don't open the bag right away, float it in the quarantine tank for at least 30 minutes. 3. Open the bag and net the fish into the tank and discard the bag water. 4. Start feeding in the next morning.
