Live arrival is guaranteed on all of my juvenile fish if received within 3 days for most of the year. Adults fish and breeder pairs are guaranteed live if delivered within 2 days. LIVE ARRIVAL IS GUARANTEED ON OVERNIGHT SHIPPING ONLY DURING THE MONTHS OF DECEMBER THRU FEBRUARY as there are too many variables to control with winter weather and are for the FISH ONLY NOT THE SHIPPING. I MUST RECEIVE AN E-MAIL WITHIN 2 HOURS OF THE FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY ME OF ANY PROBLEMS. I MAY REQUIRE A PHOTO OF THE DOA'S AND WILL INSTRUCT YOU AT THE TIME OF NOTIFICATION. THANKS AND GOOD LUCK! I especially encourage overnight shipping on breeding pairs and breeding sized angels. This is NOT where to skimp on shipping. My breeding pairs are young and proven when I bring them to auction. Overnight shipping minimizes the stress on the fish and produces quicker more productive spawns. One good spawn raised properly will more than cover the cost of the pair or breeders as well as the few extra dollars it costs for overnight shipping. I've been breeding, raising, and shipping angels for many years and it's not uncommon for one of my pairs to spawn within a week or two if shipped overnight. When I sell a group of breeders I know they are truly of breeding age as I have pulled pairs from the group before I sell the remaining fish. Bid with confidence that you will receive fish that have been raised with the best husbandry practices and are antibiotic and hormone free. They are raised in hard alkaline tap water and are hardy and healthy and will acclimate quickly to almost any water parameters.
