I love this hobby and I aim at providing all of you with the best products and services available. Nothing is more satisfying than running a beautiful aquarium withe beautiful fish and plants to match!
Shipping and DOA
For General orders around the US I Ship USPS Priority flatrate, Monday through Wednesdays. My aim is to avoid any delay or holdover times at a USPS distribution center. DOA Policy is as follows: Send a photo of unopened bag within one hour of delivery time aswell as one of fish outside of the bag, I can refund price of dead fish or send a replacement at added shipping cost. All sales are final no returns. (Wouldn't really work out to well for the fish)
