I am a long time hobbyist and breeder for over 30 years. Most of the fish offered have been line bread by me for multiple generations and their genetic compositions are known. Shipping & Guarantee
All shipments are insulated and packed in pure Oxygen. Heat or cooling packs are included as needed (and at no cost). Shipment is US only and delivered via USPS Priority shipping. LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE: I guarantee LIVE arrival of our fish if the package is signed for and accepted on the first delivery attempt. If the package is denied for any reason on the first attempt or left without being signed for the guarantee is VOID. In the unlikely event that your fish arrive dead you must email a digital photo of the dead fish still in the original, unopened bag within 3 hours of delivery. Any replacement fish will be free, but require an additional shipping fee.
