Terms and conditions Shipments Fish Guarantee - Live Delivery is only guaranteed on same day air cago and priority overnight shipments and does not include the cost of shipping. Shipping costs will not be covered or returned under any circumstances. Shipments must be picked up or received within 1 hour of scheduled delivery. DOA fish must be claimed within 2 hours with a digital image of the DOA in the original unopened shipping bag. Late, lost, or damaged shipments that result in DOA must be claimed with the carrier. I can�t and will not be responsible for carrier mistakes, but am willing to assist in any way I can. Most carriers do not insure the fish since it is a perishable item. The only way that many of the carriers will pay for a dead fish is if the box arrives damaged and the DOA was a result of the box being damaged. Even if the box arrives late and the fish is DOA they feel their job is done. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier of choice and find out their rules and regulations on this. All DOA claims that fall under these guidelines will be applied towards next order. I DO NOT guarantee any 2 day shipments at all. Those shipments are at your risk. I�m currently accepting the following types of payments: Cash, Visa and Mastercard Debit and Credit cards, Money orders, Cashiers, Business or Personal checks (held for up to 10 business days to process)and Paypal www.paypal.com to mbovinet@hotmail.com (if using paypal please add 3% of total after shipping charges if needed to help cover fees, 5% for all international orders), . Please let me know what form of payment you plan to use. If fish are placed on hold due to them still growing out or for you to make tank arrangements, etc. I do require a 1/3 non-refundable deposit of your order total to secure them for you. Once your fish are ready to go then your deposit is applied towards your balance. If you decide against them at a later date then you forfeit your deposit. There is a $6 dollar charge for all insulated shipping containers. If heat packs are required there will be a $1.50 charge for each heat pack. There is no additional charge for bags , O2, etc. Any sexing on fish is done to the best of my ability. Although I�m pretty good at it I can�t guarantee it 100%
