Shipping Policy
By bidding and buying any of my auctions you give consent and have agreed to my full policy as stated below. Buyer has to be present to sign or if signature is not required for the package on the first attempt by the carrier. If buyer is not present on fiirst attempt, my live arrival policy is void. Please make sure you are home or a family member is home to sign or receive the package on the first attempt. I am not responsible for any damages done to the package or if the package gets loss in transit. If carrier fails to deliver on time or does not meet their guaranteed deadline, then I will not be responsible for anything and my live arrival guarantee is void. It will be your job to file a claim with the carrier. I only guarantee for the first hour after you sign or package has been dropped off. After the first hour, I will not be responsible for anything. If any DOA, you have 1 hour from the time you sign for the package to send me (2) clear pictures of of the dead fish to me. Any orders or purchases of $100 or greater, you must send the DOAs back to me on the same day for me to verify the fish. Buyer is responsible for the shipping the DOAs back to me. If the fish is correct under my inspection, I will replace the fish or issue a credit minus the shipping cost. Rest assured, I have been shipping for many years and my packages arrive safe and sound. I will only ship to a confirm shipping address. I also have all positive feedback with selling fish. My live arrival guarantee only applies to: USPS Express Overnight (only areas where it takes one day to deliver), Fed-Ex Priority Overnight and UPS Overnight. No guarantees: USPS Express Overnight (areas where it may take up to two or more days), USPS Priority 2-3 days, and UPS Ground. *There are NO refunds for deposits*
Payment Policy
After auction closes, you have up to three days to pay for all costs associated with that auction. I accept USPS money order and PayPal. If using PayPal, the buyer is responsible for the 3% fee for the transaction.
