This listing is for one breeding trio (1 male and 2 females) of Staeck Endlers. All orders shipped with USPS Priority mail. Flat rate $22 shipping cost to the US. Orders only shipped on Mondays. Orders placed any other time during the week will be shipped the following Monday. Please inform me if the weather in your area is getting colder and would require a heatpack. (I include them for free) if the weather for your area is below 40 degrees fahrenheit PLEASE ORDER AT A LATER DATE WHEN IT IS WARMER heatpacks cannot work properly when it's too cold for the heatpack to keep the area around it warm. Payments are able to be made through an invoice emailed to you using Wix invoice (accepts credit/debit card or paypal) Feel free to message me with any questions How we ship -prior to shipment of livestock we fast them to reduce waste as to not foul the water -include an ammonia absorber pad to help reduce chances of foul water -livestock is bagged in special breather bags -the box is filled with non itch cellulose insulation -shipping box is styrofoam lined -�live animal� and �fragile� stickers on the package to notify shipping company of the delicate contents. We at MG Aquatics highly value quality over quantity and strive to provide the best for our customers. We breed all the fish, snails, and shrimp we sell ourselves right in Florida. We do not import any aquatic animals from overseas. Our water parameters are PH 7.8 KH 120 GH 125-150 DOA Refund Guarantee In the unfortunate event that your order arrives dead, we guarantee the loss of the purchased livestock as long as the package is delivered within the timeframe specified by the shipping carrier. We require you to take a couple clear pictures of the dead livestock in the unopened bag and message me within 1 hour of your delivery (to avoid claims for orders that were left in the elements for an extended period of time) all DOA orders will be refunded for the cost of the livestock (sorry I can�t refund shipping costs) as long as the DOA guidelines are followed. Opening the bag with a doa fish will void the doa refund guarantee. With good communication and providing photos, we can help resolve any situation to your satisfaction.
