We prefer shipping on Saturdays, which means that most people will receive their box from us on Monday. We are very confident in our ability to get your critters to you in great shape. In fact, we are so confident that we offer one of the best LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEES on Aquabid. Our conditions are quite simple. If the unlikely happens, and some or all of your critters arrive DOA, just send us a picture within two hours of USPS's first delivery attempt. We will reship your critters at no additional cost to you. In the event, that we do not have replacements, we will refund 100% of the purchase price, INCLUDING SHPPING COSTS.  |
