Shipping Policies
I ship fish in insulated boxes with ammonia/nitrite/nitrate neutralizer, Seachem Stress Guard, and ammonia absorber granules in breather bags. Fish will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Express shipping is available upon request. Buyer pays actual express shipping cost.
Live arrival Guarantee
All fish are guaranteed to arrive alive. If fish are dead on arrival (DOA) please send me two clear pictures of dead fish in unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery for refund of dead fish minus shipping cost.
