Shipping:Priority shipping is recommended, and will cost $6.00 on up depending on your location and weight of pkg. I ship Priority Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday delivery. Overnight shipping is available, and will cost $37. I ship overnight Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday delivery. Shipments are made on the following shipping day (see above) after payment has been received and cleared. Tracking is included. DOA/Returns: I do not accept returns. If you have any DOA, Please provide pictures within 2 hours of receipt of package showing snails in unopened bag. Email pictures to kmayes0677@gmail.com referencing the auction number. Then, place in a conspicuous location where current or other creatures will not jostle or move them, or place them in a hospital tank for 24 hours, and leave them an algae wafer nearby. Sometimes the stress of the shipping causes them to freak out a little and they play dead, but if left alone they should come out. If they still have not come out after 24 hours and you are certain they are dead, please send another picture, and I will refund the cost of the snail. Shipping is non-refundable. Replacements can be made with the cost of additional shipping. Though, I do usually put an extra in the bag just in case.
