my policys
here are my conditions to all purchases. it is the responsibility of the buyer to read and accept these rules. i only ship in conditions i see fit. if you have urgent need for one of my products in bad conditions there will be an extra fee. i will do my best to bring the lowest possible cost of the products. buyers pay shipping. if dead on arrival for fish then send a picture in 1 hour of recieving. if plants dead or melted there is probly nothing to be done about it. i will always send extra to try and minimize loss of plants. if sent in bad condition through buyer request they must repay shipping and fee. i would always like to try my best to keep your plants or animals healthy so if you have any questions or concerns please contact me. i am pretty new at this so you have been warned for winter shipping.
