Our Guarantee: Here at Joe�s Pet Supplies we realize that when you order plants, invertebrates or anything that is alive from us or anybody that you expect it to be living when you receive it. That is why we offer a live arrival guarantee on all of our livestock. If you have a DOA item please take a picture of it, send it to us via our email, joespets@netzero.com and we will get back to you ASAP. Our live arrival covers the cost of a new item whatever it is you bought. Sorry shipping can not and will not be refunded. If you have any questions about our Live Arrival Guarantee please email us before you buy. You can use the above link. Because of the delicate nature of live items, we ask that our Live Arrival Guarantee be followed to provide the best prices and service to every customer. Here are the details : A. We guarantee live healthy arrival provided all the conditions listed below on this page are met. B. In order to validate any claims and provide the best prices and services to all our customers we ask that the following requirements be met. If anything is not alive or in a healthy condition we must be called within 2 hours of arrival and we must be sent a photo of the animal to joespets@netzero.com Failure to do either of these will void our guarantee and any compensation, no exceptions please. To notify us call 802-775-2320. If we are not available please leave a message as we check all messages and return calls. Photos may be sent via e-mail 24/7. We automatically e mail all customers the day your order arrives to check on its condition. Credit is not issued until we receive a photo of the item in question. C. PLEASE NOTE: We do not issue credit card refunds or credits---we will replace any dead items with the same or similar items. If an item arrives dead and we have been contacted within 4 hours of arrival and sent a photo of the dead item then it will be replaced with the same item if available or a similar item if we do not have the same item. Just let us know the day we can ship the replacement. D: We are not responsible for delivery problems.
