You will have no guarantee or D.O.A. coverage. You will be choosing this shipping option at your own risk and you will have to deal with the loss yourself. I understand Priority mail is a cheaper cost for shipping but if you are 3 days or more out for delivery. It may not be in your best interest to choose this option for delivery. You will have a better chance of your purchase making it in one piece choosing Express mail for 1 or 2 day shipping guaranteed(Recommended). Some areas in the U.S. can take 3 to 5 days with the priority mail option. You may ask any U.S. Postal Service office or Postman and the will tell you the same. I know this to be true because my entire family works for USPS. My DOA policy coverage will only be a partial refund on the dead fish only. This policy applies to deliveries Priority mail locally and states within a 2 day delivery time frame within a reasonable 2 day distance from my location or Express mail 1 and 2 day delivery times to any location. In order to receive your partial refund on the dead fish you must take a clear photo of the fish in the bag unopened without the heat seal broken or the guarantee and DOA policy is voided. Pictures must be sent to me within the first 2 hours after the delivered time or partial refund will be voided. (Note: I am also not responsible for the carriers treatment handling the shipment, delayed deliveries from any issues especially during the holidays, and if package is lost for some reason by the carrier). Buyer you are responsible for choosing the best delivery method to receive your fish alive in one piece and the money you invested into the purchase. You may contact me anytime if you are unsure of which method of shipping is best for you to choose. I promise to get back to you as soon as I can when I am available. I guarantee to go above and beyond to ensure your package is safe. All my packages will have insurance coverage's with USPS.
