Shipping Information
Shipping is currently $18 for USPS Priority Mail and $65 for USPS Express Mail unless otherwise noted on the auction. We provide a live arrival guarantee on all shipments sent via USPS Express Mail. No guarantee on USPS Priority mail, but is it extremely rare to run into packaging or shipping problems. All DOA claims must be made within two hours of arrival time and include clear photos of dead fish in original shipping bag. If the shipment is delayed due to reasons outside of our control such as extreme weather or buyer not being home to sign for the package, the live arrival guarantee is void. In the unlikely event of a DOA claim, credit will be applied to the next order. Shipping costs are not refundable. Shipping happens on Monday and Tuesday of every week to prevent packages sitting in a warehouse over a weekend. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
