Read the auction and make sure you understand the information that you read. All information is listed to help you decide if the quality or water conditions are for you. All boxes are lined with proper packing material. If heat/cold packs are needed we will use them as needed or if you request one. If it's not stated in the auction please feel free to ask. Payment for auctions will be through paypal or a postal money order I will not use any other services out there. If you send anything other than a postal money order I will return what ever you send me. SHIPPING AND DOA'S We ship with United States Postal Service (USPS) We offer next day service to insure the safety of all our live aquatic species. All our next day services will come with a dead on arrival(DOA) If for any reason that this may occur, package must be recieved on first delivery attempt, with in the first hour of recieving your package you must email a clear picture of the unopened bag with the DOA to justinburton79@gmail.com Please wait for further instructions. We will ship replacements if more are available if not your money will be refunded/species will be reshipped at your shipping cost. Any or all shipping cost will not be refunded at any point in time. We also offer 2-3 day priority service which is cheaper for you the customer but does not carry a dead on arrival(DOA) no matter the reason or problems there will not be any coverage of any kind using this method of shipping unless auction state other wise.
