Ordering fish from me
I ship only to the lower 48 states. I ship with USPS because it is much less expensive than its competitors. Shipping charges are $15 for the 2-3 day option (to most states it end up being 2.5 days) or $45 for overnight. I guarantee live arrival on both methods, how great is that!? Now, if a fish does arrive DOA (dead on arrival) I will refund the cost of that fish, for example if you bought 10 fish from me for $25 plus shipping, and one arrives dead I will refund $2.50. I will only refund if you email me (festaedansfish@gmail.com) a picture of the fish dead in the bag and a picture of the fish out of the bag with a toothpick through it within 2 hours of arrival. I will add an extra fish or two so even if a fish does arrive dead you will still recieve the amount of fish you ordered, you will probably end up with more than you purchased. I will not refund any shipping costs. If the shipment arrives late I will not refund any costs of dead fish. If you want your new fishy friends shipped with the 2-3 day option, there will be an extra $5 charge because with that option I use breather bags which run at $1-$2 a bag on amazon, and thats where I get them from. In the colder months you can also get a heat pack with your order. This will be an extra $3. Once kensfish gets them back in stock heat packs will only be $1. If I think a heat pack is necessary (I will let you know if/when you win an auction of mine). The only reason I dont put it in the auction is because I want to make sure the temperature is lower than 65 degrees so you dont get charged for a heat pack if its not necessary. I can lump orders together, for example if you win an auction for some livebearer fry, I could fit 1-6 more groups depending on size. If you want to lump a few orders that cannot fit in one flat rate box, there will be an extra shipping charge. Since just about every auction I put up is for fish that I have bred and raised myself there will most likely be more available so if you want to double, triple, or even quadruple your order I can do so, as long as I have enough fish. With me, communication is important so I would like to be notified when your new fish arrive. Also, please leave a review, whether its good or bad.
