Live Arrival Guarantee
Shipments arriving within 60 hours (express or priority mail) that are received on the first attempt are eligible for a refund on any DOA's. I must receive a photo of the dead fish in the unopened bag within two hours of delivery. LAG is void on priority mail only if your highs are above 90 or lows are below 40 (express mail live arrival guarantee still valid). I usually include extras in case of DOAs, and refunds will only be given for the number of fish specified in the auction, and not for shipment costs.
