My experience
I have been keeping fish for 20 years now. I have kept and bred several dozen species of Central and South american cichlids. I have also kept and bred about a dozen species of african cichlids, mostly from lake Tanganyika. I have kept reefs as well as high and low tech tanks. I have kept FOWLR tanks as well. I have 13 aquariums total right now and working with 3 species of wild type livebearers, 10 species of central american cichlid, and 1 shellie species (multies).
Shipping and payments
I will always refund (in the very rare case of doa) the cost of your purchased fish, or send you out new fish (if available) at the cost of shipping. I am very confident in my methods of shipping and will always work with anyone to make sure they are satisfied. I will only ever ship two ways; usps priority, and usps express and will guarantee the cost of the fish or replacment of the fish (if available) at the cost of shipping. Of course there are a few stipulations. First of all the fish must have arrived in the allowed time frame set by usps (max of 3 days for priority, and 2 for express). Also the fish must have a picture of them in the original bag within a 1 hour period from the delivery scan. Also, the fish must be recieved on the the first delivery attempt. The cost of shipping will always be the same, $18 for up to 12 fish for priority, and $38 for up to 12 fish express. I double bag all fish individually and they are sent in styro lined priority/express boxs. If shipping is taking place during the cold months add $2 to both methods for the cost of the 72 hour heat pack. I fast the fish for 2 days before shipping so they dont deficate in the water during shipping. Shipping will always take place on Monday, so there is pleanty of time for your fish to get to you.
