First Class Cichlids Live Arrival Guarantee Please read this policy carefully. First Class Cichlids ONLY gives a LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE when you package meets the following requirements: USPS EXPRESS SHIPMENTS (1-2 days) �A picture of the dead fish is emailed to me within 1 hour of picking up your fish. This picture must be clear, and the bag cannot be opened. We do not guarantee Priority mail shipments. If for some reason the package gets delayed, that is the risk you are taking of choosing priority mail as a shipping option. If you go to USPS.com and go to the postal calculator and type in zip code 06787 to your zip code and it shows priority 3-day I highly suggest upgrading to EXPRESS SHIPPING. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE!! If you have any dead fish in your order we can ship you replacements (if available) at your shipping cost or refund you the price for the fish. Please understand these fish are professionally packed and once they leave our hands, they are not handled the greatest through the mail system.
